I loved the friendly staff, they were so helpful. our family two-bedroom suite had decent size rooms and two rooms inside. Plus! the location was excellent. it was not far from the river seine with lots of shops and restaurants. the hotel offers a charming garden and tea room. what a plus.
the hotel did not offer a fridge in the room, inconvenient. also, i noticed there were no drawers in the room or even on the nightstand. closet space was very minimal too.

The location is superb. Everything is just a short walk away. The staff were helpful and kind. They even stored my luggage in the basement, useful given how much I had. The new bathrooms were clean and tidy.
The breakfast menu could use some variation staying several nights.

The staff focused GREATLY on customer needs. They tried to please as much as possible. The location was perfect. It was a quiet street but close to the main boulevard. The courtyard with the chestnut trees was really special.
The room size was small. I found the closet minimal. There were no drawers even on the nightstand. The furniture felt old and uncomfortable to me.
